100% Hemp Handmade Pillowcase - Pink

A breathable pillowcase handmade in small batches from the long-staple 100% hemp fabric TheMoreHemp has worked with for six years. Pink is a quiet blush pink designed to mix easily with neutral bedding. The pure woven hemp sleeping surface contains no polyester, rayon or viscose.

Longer hemp fibers create a finer, smoother surface than lower-cost short-fiber hemp. The fabric begins with a clean, dry natural texture, then becomes softer and more settled with every wash and night of use. No customer has reported persistent scratchiness from this fabric during our six years of working with it, although individual sensory preferences vary.

Choose your size

Pillow naming varies between countries. Measure the pillow insert from seam to seam and select by the exact dimensions rather than relying only on Standard, Euro or King names.

If your insert falls between sizes, choose the closest case without stretching the woven fabric. A case that is much larger than the insert can look loose; one that is too small can compress the pillow and strain the seams.

Envelope closure

An internal fabric overlap keeps the pillow insert covered without a zipper, exposed button or rigid fastening. The closure is designed to feel quiet against the face and to make changing the pillowcase straightforward.

Natural color and texture

Hemp is a plant fiber, and our bedding is made in small batches. Subtle variations in pink tone, weave and texture can occur from one batch to another. These are natural characteristics, not faults.

Care

• Wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors
• Turn inside out before washing
• Use a mild liquid detergent
• Do not bleach or use fabric softener
• Line dry when possible; avoid high heat
• Reshape while damp and expect natural wrinkles
• Wash deeper colors separately for the first few washes

Natural fibers can contract with heat. Cold washing and line drying best preserve the stated dimensions.

Is a 100% hemp pillowcase scratchy?
Our long-staple hemp is selected for comfortable direct contact with skin. It has a fine, dry texture rather than a slippery finish and becomes noticeably softer through washing and use.

Is it suitable for hot sleepers?
Hemp is breathable and helps moisture disperse instead of trapping heat around the head and neck. Personal comfort varies with the pillow, room temperature and climate.

Can sensitive skin use hemp bedding?
Our founder has sensitive skin, and we use long fibers because short, coarse fibers can feel prickly. Sensitivities are individual, so contact us before ordering if you need specific construction details.

Will it shrink?
Some natural contraction is possible, especially with heat. Use a cold gentle wash and line dry; avoid hot washing and high-heat drying.

Does it stay fresh?
The breathable, moisture-managing structure of hemp helps reduce the warm, damp conditions in which odor can build up. Washing frequency still depends on skin, hair products and climate.

You can select One or Pair. The quantity choice refers to the number of pillowcases in the package, not the number of pillows included.
