We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders, worldwide. Our aim is to make thoughtfully made products accessible to everyone.

United States & Canada

All US prices are inclusive of tax. Please note that orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may require additional transit time.

At this time, we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands. We hope to extend our reach to these destinations soon.

Production & Delivery

Each piece is made with care. Please allow the following timeframes before dispatch:

Standard handmade items — approximately 3 business days

Custom orders — approximately 5 business days

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–15 business days. During peak seasons or periods of severe weather, additional time may be required.

Order Modifications

As our team moves quickly to fulfill orders, we cannot guarantee changes to shipping addresses or order contents after purchase. If you need to update a delivery address, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

For item changes, please email us at hello@themorehemp.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist. If a modification is not possible, you are welcome to return your order for a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Should you wish to return an item after it has shipped, please contact us at hello@themorehemp.com to begin the return process. We will ensure your request is handled promptly.
