b. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accessories.
c. Certain items, such as bras, underwear, personalized or clearance items, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
a. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team / log in to your account and follow the return/exchange instructions.
b. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item.
c. Please securely package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
d. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.
e. Please do not return the package to the address on the label. We will send you the correct return address. There is no restocking fee, and your refund will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
